At Sofia Boutique, we do our best to satisfy our customers. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.
Return Conditions

You can only register a return after you have physically received the item.

Return costs are entirely the customer's responsibility, including international shipping costs.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition, with all tags still attached.

It is permitted to try on the product, but not to wear it.

It is not permitted to return products that have been deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention to return the order (partially).
Return Process

Register your return by sending an email to info@sofiaboutique.co within 14 days of receiving the item.

You will receive from us the return address of our supplier (located in China).

Ship the item at your own cost, including any customs or shipping fees.

We recommend always using a shipping method with tracking.
Refund
After receipt of the item at the return address and approval of the product condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, this is the customer's responsibility.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
